How it works:

  1. Buy your Support Hours, see below more details.
  2. We will send you a Support Order stamped and signed.
  3. You can send an email  to Support Team, please attached your official Support Order.
  4. Waiting time to answer your issue is between 24/48h during working days.
  5. Issue solved, Support Team will send you an informed with the time.

30 min is our standard review and assessment time. After that time, A request to Zolertia support will generate a support Order Confirmation and deduct a minimum of 15 minutes from your support hours.
