Cancellations and Exchanges
All cancellations have to be done before shipment as we work with 3rd shipping company as UPS for worldwide shipments.
After this cancellations would be approval for unopened and undamaged goods with a postage and transport cost. To be honest it has never happened, yet.
For Exchanges due transport damage, please, send us some photos of the packaging as soon as possible including also your user email and order number to start working in the replacement.
The period of withdrawals is of 14 natural days since the day of receiving the goods.
– Zolertia will pay delivery cost and refund the price of the goods if withdrawal is made on time.
Withdrawal rights will not apply if:
– If products are custom-made, following client instructions, personalized, or products that can expire in a short period of time.
– Digital content (once digital content has been downloaded)
If the customer wants to make a withdrawal, Zolertia has to return the total price payed for the product (included expenses paid by the customer) in a period of 14 days since customer notification. Zolertia can retain the refund until the products have been returned.
As an exception
– The customer assumes the return costs
– If the client asked for a fast delivery , Zolertia does not have asume the extra cost of it.
Shipping and delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Advancare, SL in Spain. Zolertia uses various courier companies and customs agencies (for International shipments) deliveries. Zolertia is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment can take up to 12 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
Import Duties and taxes on Shipments
All Spanish customers will be charged 21% VAT, international customers will not be charged taxes, companies inside EU will be charged 21% VAT in case they don’t provide a valid European VAT ID.
Goods shipped to an international destination may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
